Kelly Harvill | Speaking of Images - Photographer

Workflow Win: Drag and Drop Canva Templates

Session Description: Workflow Win walks you through the process of using a Canva Template to create a cover for a worksheet based product. You'll get a free template to create your own cover as you follow along on the video, or use the included step by step PDF to learn the process. If you prefer to use Powerpoint, come along to see how you can do that, too.

Bio: Kelly at Speaking of Images is a Preschool Speech Language Pathologist, National Board Certified Teacher, and Professional Photographer. She helps TPT sellers to create unique eye-catching product covers, thumbnails, previews and social media graphics with modern images designed for educators. No more scrolling through free online sites looking for images that relate to education. No AI prompts. By using mockups or templates you can create professional quality images to get your resources seen- without ever picking up a camera.

While many TpT sellers put "create covers, thumbnails and preview" at the bottom of the "fun things to do list," Kelly puts it at the top of her list. With access to professionally styled and shot templates that relate to your product, it simply becomes a puzzle to put together.

Delilah Orpi | SoloOp HQ

Which Products Need Fixing (And Which Ones to Leave Alone)

Session Description: It's easy to spend a weekend updating a TPT product that was never the problem. In this session, I show you how I decide which products to fix and which to leave alone, using two Product Stats downloads from TPT. You'll learn the six patterns I check, how to compare each product to what's typical in your own store, and the one change to make for each pattern. Then I walk through a real example, by hand and with AI, so you can do the same with your three biggest earners.

Bio: Delilah Orpi is a former K-5 reading teacher and interventionist who now runs four digital brands on her own, with no team. Her primary brand, Thrive Literacy Corner, sells literacy resources on Teachers Pay Teachers and hosts the annual Science of Reading Summit for educators.

Through SoloOp HQ, Delilah teaches solopreneurs to build AI systems around how their business actually works. She runs her own TPT store on the same systems she teaches, so everything she shares comes from real products and real numbers. Her focus for teacher sellers is simple: spend your time on the work that moves sales, and stop guessing which work that is.

Kristina Esselman | Mighty Joy Teaching

High Demand, Bad Opportunity: Avoiding Keyword Traps

Session Description: A keyword can have high search volume, low competition, and still be a terrible opportunity. In this session, Kristina Esselman of Mighty Joy Teaching explains why traditional demand-and-competition metrics are not enough and introduces the missing piece: buyer behavior. You’ll learn how to recognize two common Keyword Traps and use real TPT search examples to evaluate buyer intent, competition, pricing, freebies, and purchasing behavior before investing your creation time in the wrong market.

Bio: Kristina Esselman is the TPT seller behind Mighty Joy Teaching and founder and admin of the TPT Facebook Seller Group "Mighty TPT Sellers" that focuses on teaching SEO and Keyword Market strategies to other sellers. Before becoming a full-time resource creator and business owner, Kristina spent ten years teaching 3rd–5th grade, and her TPT store niche is 3rd-5th ELA. With a spiky profile towards pattern recognition, Kristina created success in her own TPT store by developing her own method of evaluating search pages and finding the product keywords that actually lead to sales, despite being in a very competitive niche. She is the creator of Search Lens (a keyword research tool for sellers that evaluates keywords directily on TPT) as well as her signature course "Finding Keywords That Actually Sell". Today, she loves helping other sellers better understand buyer behavior, uncover market opportunities, and make more informed decisions about what they create.

Monica Lopez | Online Business for Teachers

The Thoughts Getting in the Way of Your Sales

Bio: Monica Lopez is a former teacher turned online business owner and the creator of Online Business for Teachers. She’s spent the last several years figuring out what it really looks like to build a business as a teacher, trying things, changing her mind, making mistakes, and learning a whole lot along the way. Now she shares those lessons with other teacher entrepreneurs who are building businesses of their own.

Session Description: You already know the strategies, so why aren’t you using them? In this session, Monica Lopez shares the thoughts that keep teacher sellers from marketing consistently: fear of being salesy, worrying about bothering people, self-doubt, and uncertainty about the future. Through her own stories, you’ll learn how your thoughts shape your results, how to respond to what you can’t control, and how to take the next step in your business with confidence.

Jessie Yarbrough | Jessie Yarbrough LLC

Pinterest SEO: From Keywords to Content Strategy

In this training, I’ll show you how to connect what teachers are searching for on Pinterest with the products and blog posts you already have. You’ll leave with a process you can use again and keyword research to come back to each month.

Bio: I’m Jessie, a former teacher, homeschool mom, and Pinterest Strategist helping TPT sellers grow their businesses through strategic Pinterest marketing. I love helping sellers use Pinterest to get their resources in front of more teachers who are already searching for what they create. I specialize in Pinterest SEO, content strategy, organic Pinterest marketing, and Pinterest ads.

Whether you want to grow your email list, increase website traffic, or sell more resources, my goal is to help you better understand Pinterest SEO and learn how to use keywords strategically so more teachers can find your resources.

You Have 3 Ways to Diversify; It's Time to Start

Brittany Verlenich | Brittany Verlenich

Session Description: Master the transition from platform reliance to complete brand ownership with this comprehensive presentation guide for the Teacher Seller Growth Summit. Content strategist Brittany Verlenich delivers an urgent, logical roadmap to help you navigate recent marketplace policy shifts - such as Teachers Pay Teachers' exclusive membership updates, zero-click search, and the rise of AI - without making panic-driven decisions.

By watching the full session, you will explore the four distinct business paths to find the exact strategy that aligns with your income goals and personal capacity. You will learn how to build an algorithm-proof "escape hatch" using an email list, an owned website, and long-form video content like YouTube to convert cold traffic into loyal buyers.

Additionally, Brittany breaks down practical ways to diversify your revenue beyond digital downloads... including school professional development, consulting, ad networks, and B2B freelancing - while leveraging free native tools like Meta chat funnels and Claude AI to streamline your marketing stack without spending thousands.

Bio: Brittany Verlenich is a content creator, marketing strategist, and the host of the Social Media Magic podcast. She's always sharing creative ways for teachers to make more money with social media - whether that's using these apps to grow your TPT store, or exploring other new revenue streams! Alyse Johnson-Chilla | Keystone Science

Decoding Your Data: Using Claude and the TPT Dashboard to Drive Sales

Session Description: You have years of data sitting in your TPT Dashboard right now, and chances are you've never actually opened it, or you opened it once, got overwhelmed, and closed the tab. This session is about fixing that. I'll show you exactly which reports to pull from Product Insights and Search Analytics, why grabbing multiple years of the same month matters more than you'd think, and how to hand all of that to Claude and get real answers back instead of a summary you already knew. We'll talk about spotting which products deserve a push before Q1, which search terms are climbing or dying, and where shoppers are looking for things your store isn't showing up for. You'll leave with a process you can run every single quarter, so you walk into Q1 with an actual plan instead of a vibe and a hope.

Bio: Alyse is a full-time high school biology teacher and the founder of Keystone Science, where she writes and sells science curriculum that makes teaching easier and student-centered without losing the rigor. She's spent over a decade in the classroom and running her own TPT store, so she knows exactly how much time gets eaten up by the parts of the business that have nothing to do with making resources. In addition to teaching and her business, she has two young kids and recently finished a Master's program in biology.

Somewhere between grading, coursework, growing her store, and driving her kids to their activities she started using Claude to handle the analysis she used to put off for months at a time. What used to mean hours of scrolling through spreadsheets now takes an an hour or less, and the decisions that come out of it have helped her store grow despite a downward trend in the market.

In her session, she'll walk through exactly how she turns TPT Dashboard data into a quarterly marketing plan, no guesswork required. She'll be sharing that process minus the fluff so you, too, can make data-informed decisions for your business.

Systems, Habits

Making Sales on Autopilot

Jamie June | Basic Girl Teaches

Session Description: I’m talking about the basics of building a funnel and three funnel strategies: email opt-in plus welcome sequence, promoting related products within your products, and product line bundles. We’ll talk about email as a primary way to automate your sales, and learn the features within TPT that anyone can use even if they aren’t sending emails.

Bio: Jamie is a teacher turned instructional designer who has been running her business alongside her fulltime career in education for 9 years. In addition to her TPT store and her resources for Instagram marketing, Jamie is a business coach and brand strategist for online businesses. She’s passionate about bringing people together and helping other teachers with a business build strategies to make their business work for them.

Kerri Landry | That Savvy Special Educator

Easy Bookkeeping Secrets that Help You Run Your Business More Smoothly so You Can Focus on What Matters- Building a Healthy, Sustainable Business

Session Description: I’ll be speaking about bookkeeping, tracking profits/loss/expenses/income.

Bio: Hi! I'm Kerri Landry, a retired National Board Certified Special Educator and founder of That Savvy Special Educator, LLC. After leaving the classroom, I decided to continue serving special educators by creating research-based resources and efficient systems that save time without sacrificing rigor and help families with neurodivergent children.

When I moved from the classroom to running my business, I quickly found that the "business" side of being a teacher-seller needed just as much structure as teaching did. So I researched tax laws, collaborated with an accountant, and built an easy-to-use system for tracking profits, loss, income, and expenses. This allows me to unleash my creativity in other areas of my business.

Now, I would like to teach fellow teacher-sellers like you how to track your finances... because you were meant to shine your light and make a difference in this world, not worry about crunching numbers the night before taxes are due.

Fun facts- I am a mom to six grown sons, and a proud Grammy to three grandsons. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, hiking, boating, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. I also have a fear of public speaking. That's irony at its best!

Instead of feeling overwhelmed by everything you could be doing to grow your business, you’ll leave with a clear focus and a practical plan for taking consistent action toward your goals.

Bio: Tara Dusko is a former third-grade teacher who spent 14 years in the classroom before turning her passion for education into her business, Teach Without Tears.
